5M Elevation House
Miemari was approached to undertake a significant and challenging project in the heart of the Midlands.
Dubbed 'The Riverside Project', this ambitious endeavor aimed to transform a dilapidated industrial area into a vibrant, mixed-use community space, blending residential, commercial, and public areas seamlessly.
This structure showcases the thoughtful integration of modern design elements with the area's industrial heritage. Featuring open balconies, textured facades, and vertical greenery, it exemplifies the project's focus on sustainability and urban rejuvenation while creating a welcoming and functional environment for the community.

Challenge:
The complex nature of this mixed-use development demanded a delicate balance between modern functionality and historical preservation. This structure elegantly reflects that balance, with its contemporary vertical design complemented by architectural elements that resonate with the area’s historical character. The use of open balconies, natural materials, and an emphasis on vertical green spaces showcases the integration of sustainability and modernity.
Our Solution:
Our approach began with extensive consultation with local historians, residents, and environmental experts. We designed this structure to pay homage to the area's industrial past, utilizing reclaimed materials and integrating existing architectural elements into the modern design wherever possible.
In terms of sustainability, the building incorporates cutting-edge green technologies, including solar panels, green roofs, and advanced water recycling systems. Our construction methods prioritized energy efficiency and minimized environmental impact by utilizing locally sourced materials and reducing waste through precise planning and execution.
This innovative and thoughtful design reflects a perfect harmony between preserving cultural heritage and embracing modern, sustainable practices.
